Ibanez has taken the portability of the Mikro Electric Guitar to the next level by adding a built-in neck position speaker to the GRGM51HP Mikro Sonic. With 2 watts of output (2.5-watt with ACMIKRO adapter), standard 1/4" and headphone output, and a 5-way rotary switch that lets you choose a tuning tone, as well as clean, overdrive, or 2 different distorted sounds, the Mikro guitar is everything you need for practice, songwriting, and travel! With its shorter scale length the Mikro is a perfect guitar for young rockers, too.The Ibanez Mikro Electric Guitar can shred with the big boys. Though smaller than standard-scale guitars, it's no toy. The Mikro is made to the same high standards as all Ibanez guitars and features the very same Powersound pickup that goes into all GIO series electric guitars.

I didn’t mean that …
I didn’t mean that it was cheap, just for a guitar it is in the cheaper range. I have been saving up as much as I can for a few months now to buy the schecter tempest which is around 600. Fact is for guitars if you want quality it isn’t gunna be incredibly cheap sadly I mean you can get some cheap guitars but they don’t last very long or have teh sound of a solid guitar.

Uh in the guitar world 700-750 bucks is pretty cheap for a guitar. Most guitars are easily over 1000 bucks.

I have the floyd …
I have the floyd rose version. It has one of the richest metal tones (quite bassey with loads of character). However it is best for rhythm and slow soloing – not the greatest for shredding because of the chunky neck, but still possible if you are comfortable with that kinda neck.
